At OffshoreKaka, we primarily offer digital services (Web Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers). Since our products are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved. This policy outlines our delivery and activation process.

1. Service Activation Timeline

Once your payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our system, the following activation timelines apply:

• Web Hosting & Reseller Hosting: Instant activation. Your control panel details will be sent to your registered email address immediately.
• VPS Servers: Automated provisioning. Most virtual private servers are activated within 5-15 minutes of payment.
• Dedicated Servers: Setup usually takes 2 to 24 hours, depending on the hardware configuration and datacenter stock (Germany/Netherlands).
• Domain Registration: Immediate after successful payment, though DNS propagation may take 2-48 hours globally.

2. Delivery Method

All service credentials, access details (IP addresses, login names, passwords), and invoices are delivered electronically to the email address provided during the registration/checkout process. No physical package or document will be sent via courier or post.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed 24/7. However, if your order is flagged by our automated fraud detection system, it may require manual review by our staff, which can take up to 12 hours. You will be notified via email if additional verification is needed.

4. Failed Delivery

If you do not receive your service details within the specified timeline (check your spam/junk folder), please contact our support team immediately at Contact Us or open a ticket through the client portal.

5. No Shipping Charges

Since all our products are delivered digitally via the internet, there are zero shipping or handling charges associated with any of our plans.
